Which Cloud-Based Accounting Software Do We Use?

Here at Morphry Thyme we have undertaken comprehensive training in cloud-based accounting software and have gained extensive experience of
using a number of different accountancy software from various providers.

QuickBooks
Morphry Thyme is a Platinum member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Programme.
Every member of the team undertakes initial training to become a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
Once this initial training has been completed, they progress on to the more in-depth QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor training programme.
We all undertake recertification training and an exam every year to retain our Certified ProAdvisor status.

Xero
Morphry Thyme is a Xero Bronze Partner.
Every member of the team undertakes an extensive training programme to obtain Xero Advisor Certification.
We all attend quarterly online product update training webinars. This allows us to maintain our Xero Advisor Certification.

We most commonly offer QuickBooks and Xero to our clients, as all staff are trained in both software.
However, we also have experience using FreeAgent and Sage.

Having experience of using a number of cloud-based accounting software providers enables us to recommend
the software which will best meet your requirements, suiting your business and yourself.
As QuickBooks and Xero Certified Advisors, we are also able to provide training on these software.

Why Hire A Bookkeeper?

There are 3 things a good Bookkeeper should do:

Save you time.

Save you money.

Make you more money!

This can be done in multiple ways such as by producing timely reporting, forecasts, cash flows and competitor analysis.
The specialist team at Morphry Thyme work closely with clients to understand their business goals and the requirements
they have for their bookkeeping and internal accounts. This helps us to build a specific support package which will benefit
our clients by tidying up and simplifying their books and helping them to monitor progress and achieve their goals.

Why Outsource Your Payroll?

We all know that paying your employees is a huge responsibility and it’s important to get it right by ensuring your employee is paid correctly and on time. Let’s not forget the monthly and year-end submissions to HMRC that you need to remember to submit too…

If managing your payroll each month takes far too long and causes you stress, perhaps it is time to consider outsourcing your payroll. After all, managing payroll effectively can;

Help improve employee engagement

Maintain regulatory compliance

Improve employee morale

Reflect a business’s financial stability and reputation

Ensure timely and accurate compensation goes out to employees

It also means that when legislation regarding payroll changes, you don’t have to panic about it. As your payroll team, we can help to advise you on what the changes mean for your business and we can even implement the changes in the payroll software for you!

With payslips from just £5.50 per employee, per month (based on a minimum monthly fee of £20), you can save yourself the stress of running payroll, and gain some extra time to do what you actually enjoy doing!
